An 8-bedroom villa for rent in Berawa on a yearly lease is a rare find. Villa Jendari & Jendaya gathers two villas, 720 m² of land and two pools on one private site. Consequently, large families, teams and communities can build a real home base. Berawa’s cafés and beach clubs are close by.

Outdoors, a 15 x 5 metre pool, a lawn, sun loungers and a daybed fill the main garden. Meanwhile, a 7 x 3 metre courtyard pool gives the smaller villa a quiet corner of its own. In addition, rice field views stretch beyond the walls.

Inside, eight ensuite bedrooms sit in two separate buildings, so every resident enjoys a private retreat. Moreover, the bathrooms range from blue mosaic to patterned tiles, and one even has a gold bathtub. Furthermore, several living rooms give extra room for work, play or quiet time.

In both kitchens, marble worktops and gas hobs make daily cooking easy. As a result, shared meals around the dining table for twelve become a daily ritual. Furthermore, a teak terrace bar and an upstairs lounge add relaxed gathering spots.

In addition, the lease covers daily cleaning five days a week, pool and garden maintenance and 100 Mbps WiFi. Overall, this 8-bedroom villa for rent in Berawa suits groups who value space and privacy. Prefer a short stay? Browse the monthly rental of the 8-bedroom estate.
